Executive Team

Norman McConkey
President & CEO

As President & CEO of PrintFleet Inc., Norman McConkey has 15 years experience in both the business imaging and software industries where he held various management and executive positions. McConkey returned to North America after a three-year assignment in Europe where he was Vice President of Market Development for WatchFire and Corel Software Companies. Upon his return, McConkey commenced the planning and execution of PrintFleet technology and has since grown the company's revenue by over 300% annually. He is a respected and progressive industry speaker, writer and visionary.


Wayne Nicholson, CGA
CFO

As CFO for PrintFleet Inc., Wayne has over 20 years of progressive management and financial accounting experience, including 5 years in the imaging industry, and has managed the financial aspects of PrintFleet since its inception. As CFO, he is responsible for overall financial management of the company and its financial reporting. Wayne has extensive experience overseeing business performance and strategic growth initiatives at small and medium-sized companies and has held positions in finance and accounting at SNC Lavalin Inc. and Canadian Astronautics Ltd. His operating experience includes the project management, manufacturing and engineering fields. Wayne Nicholson is a member of the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario and Canada.


Laura Hunt
Director, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships

As Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships for PrintFleet Inc., Hunt has a background which focuses on advertising, integrated marketing communications and public relations. Having spent 6 years within the imaging industry, Hunt oversees the development of policies, procedures and objectives for the marketing and selling strategies of PrintFleet, its software products and supporting services. Hunt has created and launched various support programs such as an integrated marketing, sales training program and user group to help dealers successfully evolve their businesses into a managed print services directive. Laura has been with PrintFleet since the company's inception.


Will Paul
Director of Product Development

As Director of Product Development of PrintFleet Inc., Will Paul has over 10 years of professional software experience. Before joining PrintFleet Inc., Will held various R&D positions in the automotive sector, with particular focus on systems automation and robotics. Having been at PrintFleet since its inception, Will and his team of talented software developers have been in the vanguard of developing innovative print management solutions.


Tim Brien
Director of Sales

As Director of Sales for PrintFleet Inc., Tim's background and education combines Marketing and Computer Science. Brien brings 13 years of sales experience to PrintFleet, 9 of which are within the imaging industry. Tim has been with the company since its early inception and in that time has directed numerous dealerships to successful Enterprise print management implementations. Tim currently leads the PrintFleet sales team and has enjoyed launches with independent dealerships ranging from $3 million annually, to OEM clients in the multi-billion dollar range. Tim remains recognized in the channel for his decisive knowledge of enabling Enterprise class solutions within the dealerships of the imaging industry.

Daniel Licon
Manager of Technical Services

As Manager of Technical Services for PrintFleet Inc., Daniel Licon has over 8 years of experience in the computer industry. Daniel's history has led him from a small consulting firm in Houston Texas to one of the largest professional print and document service providers in the United States. Licon's broad and in-depth knowledge of advanced, product driven technology, coupled with his understanding of core business processes, allows him to communicate with individuals across the entire corporate platform. Daniel oversees the management and direction of customized professional support and technical training services at PrintFleet, which helps dealerships further enhance their Enterprise software systems to their unique corporate requirements.
