  • Corporate Accountant

    Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for: management of the general ledger; preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements; day-to-day general accounting function, cash management, year end and communication with external auditors.

    Specifically you will manage the month end closing process; reconcile inter-company accounts including consolidation and preparation of financial statements and all relevant JE’s and analysis; bank rec; prepare schedules and analysis of GL accounts; prepare government returns & remittances; coordinate and lead the year end process along with working papers; coordinate with European subsidiary regarding accounting matters and reporting; assist in the preparation of annual corporate budgets and cost reviews; develop and implement improved business and accounting processes and policies, and provide a diverse range of adhoc financial and operational analysis.

    You are a designated accountant such as CGA/CMA with 3+ years in a similar role. You have strong verbal & written communication skills, strong computer skills (Simply Acctg, MS Office) and excellent analytical and multi-tasking abilities.   • Senior Software Developer

    Location: Kingston, ON, Canada

    Job Description:

    Reporting to the Director, Development, the Senior Software Developer designs, develops and supervises the technical aspects of PrintFleet Enterprise Projects.  They are also responsible for the derivation of technical requirements, design and implementation of solutions for products/features.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Self-motivated, good initiative and able to work independently as well as within a team to deliver a quality product on time
    • Designs and develops programming components
    • Participates actively in product design process
    • Interacts with Customer Support Team
    • Interacts closely with Product Development team members to collaborate on new feature implementation and issue resolution
    • Plans and performs tasks for current and future projects
    • Produces technical documentation
    • Provides Tier 3 troubleshooting and occasional Tier 1 troubleshooting
    • Demonstrates projects to Sales Department and clients, usually through conference calls or e-mail exchange
    • Works closely with Quality Assurance on issue identification and resolution and clarifies product requirements to define test cases
    • Consults with Technical Support on product behaviour and provides assistance on complicated customer issue resolution
    • Communicates with hardware vendors regarding any questions, requirements and specification and implements findings
    • Performs research on new technologies and tools available
    • Implements & enforces best practices in coding and unit testing. Expert-level .NET

    Qualifications:

    • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Software development or related field
    • Excellent understanding of .NET, Java, and/or similar languages
    • 5+ years of experience building production level software
    • Experience working with ASP.NET
    • Expert understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript, and experience using jQuery or similar framework.
    • Excellent Graphic design and/or usability skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and deep understanding of OOP principles.

  • Senior Technical Support Representative

    Location: Kingston, ON, Canada

    Description:
    Do you have excellent Customer Service (verbal and written communication) skills AND an IT Background?

    As a Sr. Technical Support Rep you will interact with our clients, answering technical support questions via phone calls and e-mails.  You will be responsible for gathering technical specifications from the client and logging them into the technical support repository.  At all times it is imperative that daily activities are integrated with a process oriented approach for reproducible and consistent results.

    Primary Duties Include:

    • Answering calls and emails regarding technical support related and other inquires
    • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for trial accounts
    • Creating and distributing required information for prospective customers to access trial accounts
    • Deactivating and removing trial accounts when trials are complete
    • Managing imaging device model research, and inputting new model records in the Central Model Repository
    • Logging valid, new support cases in the CRM repository
    • Sending daily overall Case/Account status reports
    • SQL querying including writing advanced customer reports
    • Occasionally attending conference calls regarding customer inquiries that may be scheduled during non-business hours
    • Distributing customer support materials to clients, including new user guides, technical documentation, requirements documents, etc.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Completion of Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.  5+ years of general computer installation, maintenance and repair experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.

    Must be multilingual (English, French, German) * The ability to communicate in Spanish, Japanese and Mandarin would be considered an asset.

    Knowledge of:
