The DCA can transmit collected data to Laser Systems' database via HTTPS, HTTP, or FTP, while creating only minimal network traffic.

Once the scan is complete, a text fi le with information pertinent only to the printers is sent to Laser Systems' secure server. With this information, Print Manager Plus consultants can monitor devices in real time, and determine what printers need a toner cartridge or if there is a reason to come on site to replace a fuser or maintenance kit.
