The EDTE report will assist our dealers, distribution partners, and OEM partners in their ability to analyze the expected depletion date of the toner cartridges for devices they are monitoring. The report includes information such as toner level, cartridge yield for each cartridge, as applicable, estimated days to empty, and estimated change date. This is just another step in PrintFleet’s effort to make the information generated more immediately actionable.

Designed as a supplemental report for providing a just-in-time supply program, or proactive toner delivery schedule, without having to rely on the alerting functionality in PrintFleet Enterprise version 2.2.3, the report should be reviewed frequently to gauge any possible variances.
