Announcing the Launch of PrintFleet Incorporated

Ontario, Canada – On June 6, 2005, PrintFleet Inc. was officially launched in Gananoque, Ontario, Canada. Specializing in the development and distribution of print management software tools, PrintFleet Inc. has been formalized in order to help broaden the distribution channels of the products.
Operating and growing with the support of Multi-Laser Solutions for the past 36 months, PrintFleet software product sales have experienced substantial growth and recognition in the marketplace. It is due to the opportunities presented by this growth, that Multi-Laser's President and CEO, Brian Cosgrove proceeded to incorporate PrintFleet into an independent company; entirely separate from Multi-Laser and it's day to day operations. "After experiencing the acceptance level of our vendor neutral print management software from the industry, we opted to elevate our efforts to keep the momentum going," stated Cosgrove. "Watching PrintFleet Inc. step out on its own is a tremendous feat. We are excited and very optimistic about what the future holds for this company."
By separating PrintFleet Inc. into an independent company, it allows both Multi-Laser and PrintFleet Inc. to focus on their respective product offerings and each pursue their unique customer channels. Multi-Laser has been an industry leading remanufacturer since 1988, releasing more than 400 compatible imaging supplies for small office, desktop, network and large office printers, copiers and fax machines. Multi-Laser will offer PrintFleet software products to its customer base, as part of their total cost of ownership sales strategy.
As Chairman of PrintFleet Inc., Brian announced the company's President. "I am pleased to appoint Norman McConkey as President of PrintFleet Inc.," he stated. "Norman was the General Manager of Multi-Laser and with his extensive software background, he was instrumental in the development of the PrintFleet product line."
The PrintFleet Inc. organization currently consists of software developers, business development managers, marketing professionals, and administrative support personnel, whose strategic goal is to be the leader in print management technology. With a defined corporate objective and calculated market strategy to get there, PrintFleet Inc.'s President, Norman McConkey is excited about what the next few years have in store.
