PrintFleet Adds Numerous Features to its Enterprise Product Line

Ontario, Canada – PrintFleet Inc., a world leader in print management and assessment software, recently announced it has expanded its ability to collect supply levels on HP LaserJet devices for Maintenance, Drum and Fuser Kits. In addition, dealers can now track the serial numbers on select toner cartridge models, enabling them to track which OEM, competitive or their own supplies are being used at the client site. The May 2007 update to the PrintFleet Enterprise Server will allow customers to track these additional important supply components and use their servers to proactively alert and reorder these components as required.
"While we have enabled supplies toner level monitoring for more than 3,000 printer and MFP models for over three years now, this additional functionality is of tremendous benefit to both dealers and end users," stated Norman McConkey, President and CEO of PrintFleet Inc. "Previous to this breakthrough, customers typically waited until failure to replace these parts. This resulted in unnecessary downtime and higher service costs. Monitoring supply serial numbers will also ensure customers are loyal to the over 200 dealerships using the various versions of the PrintFleet Optimizer Remote Monitoring System, such as Enterprise or Optimizer Plus."
