PrintFleet Releases Enhanced Data Collector Agent and Beta Version of Next Generation Optimizer

Ontario, Canada – PrintFleet Inc., a global leader in print management and assessment software, recently released an enhanced version of their Data Collector Agent (DCA) software which will widen the scope of imaging data collected for dealerships worldwide. The much anticipated beta release of the next generation PrintFleet Optimizer web interface was also recently made available to current PrintFleet customers, and debuted with first-rate reception.
The latest DCA was designed to build additional support for devices used in both North American and international markets. The addition of A3 and A4 meter collection makes it possible for international dealerships to implement a complete CPP program. Previously restricted to HP® devices, maintenance kit levels for all brands of devices are now collected. General support for new models from Canon®, Dell®, Kyocera®, and Lexmark® have also been built into this release.

The beta release of the next generation PrintFleet Optimizer web interface made its initial debut in late 2007. The revamped interface features user friendly tabs, tree navigation, and drag-and-drop selection areas. Feature enhancements include unlimited customizable dashboard views, enhancements to the reporting engine including the ability to schedule any report, a search function, and the ability to view scans uploaded from PrintFleet Suite PRO. The full release of the new Optimizer interface is scheduled for launch on February 1st, 2008 and current PrintFleet customers can preview the system at any time by contacting PrintFleet and scheduling a beta download.
