Ontario, Kingston—PrintFleet Inc., a global leader in managed print software and supporting professional development services, and Kyocera Mita Europe B.V., one of Europe's leading office document solutions companies, have entered an agreement for PrintFleet to provide infrastructure software and services to Kyocera Mita for the KYOfleetmanager program.
KYOfleetmanager is a complete infrastructure for Managed Print Services hosted by Kyocera Mita. It provides customers and channel partners with advanced tooling to remotely manage device fleets of document output systems of all brands. Kyocera Mita partners and customers just need a web browser to manage their fleets. Meter readings of office equipment can be automatically exported into various ERP systems, and users can be alerted by supplies level "low" messages and device service alerts. The system allows Kyocera Mita partners to better assist their clients to optimize the use of their imaging fleets and reduce cost while at the same back-office operations at the partners is hugely simplified.
"KYOfleetmanager is a key strategic initiative of Kyocera Mita and PrintFleet," says Christophe Poisson, Manager Software & Consultancy EMEA. "We have made a considerable investment in making the IT infrastructure of KYOfleetmanager available across the total EMEA region. Our customers can now experience excellent managed print services from our partners, without the need for our partners to invest in a costly IT infrastructure of their own." Mr. Poisson continues, "We selected PrintFleet because of its ease of deployment, its excellent user interface, the extensive reporting features and the integration capabilities with our ERP systems. It helps us to provide true value to our customers."
"Kyocera Mita is a very well respected vendor of document output systems," says Dennis Kramer, Business Director Europe, Middle East & Africa at PrintFleet. "We are excited with this valuable relationship and we are dedicated to work closely with Kyocera to support a successful roll-out of the system."
