PrintFleet Enterprise Self Hosted
With the self hosted option, you can leverage your existing infrastructure to support your PrintFleet Enterprise system. PrintFleet will help you reach both your near-term and future device monitoring goals by recommending a solution that will permit the growth of your business.
- PrintFleet has specifications designed to help you acquire your own server-grade hardware and all required software licenses (Windows, SQL Server)
- Your server must be accessible via an external IP address
To ensure minimal disruption and downtime, best practices include:
- Redundant, multi-homed internet connection (fiber optic, T1 or better)
Backup power systems - Appropriate facilities to host the server, including physical security, climate control, and fire protection
PrintFleet Enterprise Hosted
With the hosted option, PrintFleet takes care of the infrastructure while you concentrate on executing your managed print services program.

Server is hosted in a class “A” data center - Redundant fiber-based backbone connections to multiple Tier 1 Internet backbone providers

- Gas fire suppression system and pre-action sprinkler systems
- Biometric access controls and video camera surveillance with 24/7 onsite security personnel
