PrintFleet Suite PRO is a rapid assessment application installed on a USB key that helps you perform quick audits of your clients' printing environments. With no hardware or software to install, and unlimited network scans for one low fee, PrintFleet Suite PRO gets your foot in the door with your print management prospects.
How it Works
Plug the PrintFleet Suite PRO USB key into any network connected PC at a client site. Choose to automatically detect or manually input the appropriate IP ranges, and then watch as the program quickly collects valuable metrics from printers, copiers, fax machines, and multifunction devices.

PrintFleet software applications collect the most comprehensive set of data available, including vendor error codes, toner and non-toner supply levels, device status, complete meter breakdowns, manufacturers, serial numbers and more. - SmartScan discovery
Device discovery and data collection is as simple as one click. In most environments, click the SmartScan button to automatically detect appropriate scan settings and complete a network scan. An Advanced Scan option is available if further refinement or manual setup is required. - Network recognition and file mapping
PrintFleet Suite PRO allows you to create customer accounts, and will then automatically detect the appropriate network and filter your scan result files into the appropriate folder on the USB key. Organizing your audit files has never been easier. - Customizable interface
Customize PrintFleet Suite PRO to match your corporate brand, by uploading your logo, entering your corporate URL, and if desired, customizing the product name. - Connect with PrintFleet Enterprise
Connect your PrintFleet Suite PRO USB key to your PrintFleet Enterprise server to take advantage of the PrintFleet Enterprise reporting engine, and upload your scan results to your database to view them from the PrintFleet Optimizer web console. - Unlimited network scans for one low fee
